Real estate agent still on cloud nine after bagging an Ambience+ Suite in lucky draw.
It’s been almost three months since Lewis Liew Kah Wai struck jackpot at the Agency Achievement Appreciation event. That night, Liew was among 200 excusive guests invited to witness the launch of the Titanium Roundtable programme which culminated in a lucky draw featuring a Grand Prize of an Ambience+ in the edusentral project unit worth approximately RM250,000. Liew still can’t quite believe his luck when he was at HCK Group’s HQ recently to sign the documents for official handover of the property.
“I remembered it like it was yesterday. My heart was thumping with excitement. I couldn’t contain it and my cheeks hurt from smiling that whole night. It actually felt too good to be true. It was almost surreal,” Liew recalls.
Lewis went on to say that upon receiving his Vacant Possession (VP), he will lease out his grand prize as he understands the depth of its value will rake in an abundance of rental income. He stated that it’ll be leased as it is – a unit untouched by any form of furbishing as it’s perfect the way it is.
He believes that the Ambience+ suite offers more than just being in a strategic location in Setia Alam, as one of its best features is its versatility.
