HCK Capital Group Bhd was originally listed on Bursa Malaysia on 21^st August 2000. Its main businesses then were industrial engineering and trading of rubber related products. It subsequently diversified into property development after the entry of Tan Sri Clement Hii as the controlling shareholder.

HCK has built its reputation on its education city series which leverage on well-known education brands to increase the desirability of the developments. To drive its core business of property development, HCK Capital Group has now added a second fundamental element in the shape of a Platform division. It becomes the technology arm that underlines the Group’s system, processes and digitalization.
