Among others, he had overseen the development and construction of the 28-storey Office Tower for Dewan Bahasa danPustaka in Kuala Lumpur and a Fishing Port in BatuMaung, Penang. In the Mayland Group, he oversaw the development and construction of projects with a cumulative GDV of over RM1 billion
