Hence news that SEGi College will be opening its new campus at edumetro caught Liew’s attention. Edumetro is a mixed integrated development in the well-heeled location of USJ 1 , Subang Jaya.
Targeting students as well as residents and workers within edumetro, Liew surmised that he will not need a unit with main road frontage.
He was especially keen on securing one of the units that are fitted with the FnB essentials. Selected retail units have the necessary exhaust and drainage systems as required by municipal authorities already installed. This would represent a massive savings for Liew.
