Property investors have been snapping up Harvard residential suites in Setia Alam’s edusentral development with exclusivity a main attraction.
Property buyers have been flocking to HCK Group’s sales galleries during the fasting month and this trend is expected to continue post-Raya with the Harvard Suites, in particular, attracting a lot of attention. Feedback garnered from the ground indicate that many buyers are attracted by the fact that the edusentral development is situated in an already mature locale of Setia Alam, Shah Alam. HCK sales staff report that many visitors cite the fact that future residents will be moving into an area that is replete with all required amenities such as healthcare, shopping and car service centres.
“‘Exclusivity’ is also a word we keep hearing a lot of from those who are looking to book a unit,” says Dato’ Joseph Hii, HCK Group’s Executive Director for Growth and Alliances. “It is definitely a persuasive factor and, of course, something we, as property developers, have worked hard to offer to our customers.”
Hii is keen to point out the many value-added propositions that add to the Harvard’s sense of exclusivity. For instance, selected units will come with three parking bays, instead of the usual two. “We have listened carefully to buyer feedback and the lack of parking is a major issue. We have tried to address this by offering additional car parking space for selected units, adding to the convenience as well as exclusivity,” he explains.
The Harvard is among the tallest residential structures in Setia Alam and residents, especially in the higher floors, will enjoy spectacular vistas. “The higher units will certainly make residents feel like they are living among the clouds,” explains Hii. He also points to the number of high-speed lifts servicing residents – two to a unit – that further emphasises the exclusive nature of the development. There will also be only ten units to a floor underscoring the low-density feel of the Harvard.
The Harvard Suites is part of the 12-acre freehold edusentral development which comprises five other residential towers. It is part of HCK Group’s education cities series where developments are anchored by an education element. In the case of edusentral that is provided by the prestigious Peninsula International School which offers the internationally-recognised Victorian syllabus (Australia).
