Yusof and his wife are young medical professionals working at a specialist centre in Shah Alam. Neither are from the Klang Valley and both have older folks in outstation locations. They deeply missed their parents and the nature of their work means they seldom get long holidays to visit.
The couple currently reside in Setia Alam – a modern, self-contained township with amenities aplenty. They both love the lifestyle and convenience it affords them. They had recently paid a deposit for a Harvard Suite at edusentral – a mixed integrated development by HCK Capital Group (HCK).
It is the final residential offering in the development and forms part of HCK education cities, whereby each development is anchored by an education element.
Believing that the Harvard Suites would be a great investment, Yusof broached the idea of adding another two units to their portfolio with his spouse. He suggested that the units be used as homes for their respective parent, allowing them easy and frequent visitations. It will also give them peace of mind being able to look after their parents in their golden years.
Both sets of parents were thrilled with the idea of being close to their offspring. They were also assured that edusentral was a self-contained development with retail options on site. A mall is also just a stone’s throw away enabling them to get their daily necessities easily.
The low density of each floor also appealed to all parties. With just ten units on a floor, serviced by five lifts, the Harvard Suites will not feel congested or overcrowded.
Yusof and his wife arranged for their folks to visit the Infinite Gallery at HCK Tower, where a show unit is available for viewing. There were also AR and VR tools on hand to help buyers visualise the inherent potential in each unit. The senior citizens were also thrilled that on-site amenities included a gymnasium, swimming pool and jogging track, allowing them a healthy lifestyle during retirement.
Thoroughly impressed, the elders gave Yusof and his wife their blessings to go ahead with their plan to bring their families closer together at edusentral.
