When quizzed about home buyer preferences, most real estate agents responded that ‘convenience’ is a huge deciding factor. This, they claim, is one of the chief reasons behind the popularity of residential units at edusentral, Setia Alam. Being located within an award-winning township of Setia Alam certainly helps matters as there are designated areas for shopping, leisure, sporting and other activities.
According to Dawitt Tan, Managing Director of IOB Realty Sdn Bhd, many enquiries, especially from first time home owners, centred on a convenient lifestyle, stating: “Many prefer to have all the key amenities not just in the locale but are easily accessible. “Many potential home buyers for edusentral are young, upwardly mobile executives who lead a very busy lifestyle,” emphasised Zhi Soung. “The ‘convenience’ factor is again very much in their thinking as they will want dining and shopping options at their doorstep to save on time.”
“The Setia Alam Mall is just a stone’s throw away and there will be a number of retail outlets on site, making edusentral very much a self-contained development,” agreed Dawitt Tan. “Convenience and time saving really do appeal to today’s home buyers.”
