Agencies Rewarded via Titanium Programme

HCK Capital Group (HCK) has long believed in an equitable distribution of its profits as a way to reward high performing individuals and entities. Hence it developed the Titanium programmes as a means to recognise, reward, incentivise and monetize those who have helped push HCK properties, especially in the tough post-pandemic landscape.

Capitalising on this reward scheme is Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd (Nexsgen) which has been going great guns since the beginning of last year. It continues this trend by being the top performing agency for the first two months of 2023. Its reward is an exclusive yacht trip encompassing a scenic route with a lavish dinner thrown in for good measure.

“This reward is a reflection of the work hard, play hard ethos of these real estate agents,” says Dato’ Joseph Hii WS, HCK Group Executive Director for Growth and Alliances. “Having achieved outstanding sales at the beginning of the year, we will be treating them to some fine dining on the high seas, as a token of gratitude for their continued efforts in closing HCK properties.”

Nexsgen also clinched two awards at the recent ‘A Partnership of Achievers’ event – Deal of the Year (HCK Capital Group) and Deal of the Year (edumetro) – underlining its high performing sales ethos. It also qualified for a holiday trip incentive worth RM1 million under the Titanium Roundtable programme for achieving its sales targets.
