A Special Preview

A special preview of the Harvard Suites at edusentral was held to whet appetite of potential buyers.

With the property market still sluggish from its post-pandemic slumber, HCK Group has redoubled its efforts to stimulate interest in its properties. The latest initiative was a special preview of its Harvard Suites at its edusentral development in Setia Alam, held at Peninsula International School Australia (Malaysia Campus) site. It was joint marketing effort between HCK Group’s property and education divisions to highlight the synergy between the two that is the cornerstone to the education cities concept, whereby residents get to ‘Stay. Study. Shop’ in one exclusive address.

“We recognise that the property market is facing challenging conditions but there are signs that it is on a steady road to recovery,” says Sean Ong, HCK Group’s Director for Business Relations (Property Division), citing healthy number of visitors to its sales galleries and booths at property roadshows. “There is certainly great interest in HCK Group products but given the economic climate, we understand that purchasers will be much more prudent. Hence, events such as this special preview will allow them to make a considered decision. We are highly confident that having seen the show unit and been briefed of the many USPs of the Harvard Suites, potential purchasers will be ready to commit once it is officially launched later this year.”

The special preview event was designed specifically to showcase the many USPs of the Harvard Suites with real estate agents from HCK Group partner – Revoll Realty – on hand to answer potential purchaser enquiries. To further entice potential purchasers, HCK Group has also packaged a number of attractive discounts, scholarships and fee waivers to Peninsula International School Australia (Malaysia Campus) for would-be purchasers with school going children.

Children who accompanied their parents to the special preview on the day were treated to a series of fun activities designed to showcase the school’s unique pedagogue. It certainly had the desired effect as a number of visitors were convinced and duly enrolled their children for the school’s prestigious Victorian curriculum.

Ong acknowledges that extra efforts were now prerequisite in attracting potential buyers but is confident that quality and premium products such as the Harvard would continue to pique interest. “This special preview allowed HCK Group to highlight the many qualities of the Harvard residential units, not least its location in a mature neighbourhood,” he elaborates. “The size of the units and its relative affordability are also plus points.”

The Harvard Suites represent property buyers’ last chance to invest in a residential unit at edusentral. Visitors to the special preview were alerted to the fact that certain premium units will feature three parking lots. Many were also impressed by the relatively low-density of ten units per floor which will be serviced by five high-speed lifts.
