HCK recently unveiled the grand launch of e.Sentral, its first smart city development, at the e.Sentral Property Gallery in Shah Alam. After the groundbreaking ceremony on 15 August 2024, the vision of e.Sentral has rapidly come to life, and the grand launch event showcased its innovative offerings. Attendees were treated to a vibrant and exciting atmosphere with a lively lion dance, a live petting zoo, face painting, balloon fun, and a variety of tasty treats – making it an unforgettable experience for families and individuals alike.
As the first phase of e.Sentral spans 5 acres, the development promises a future that prioritises security, sustainability, and innovation. Visitors had the opportunity to experience firsthand the smart technologies that will transform everyday living, from advanced car plate recognition at the gates to face recognition in shared spaces, and motion-sensing lights that conserve energy in common areas. These features align with HCK’s commitment to ESG principles and GreenRE standards, ensuring a more efficient and sustainable community.
