Group Structure

The Group’s Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Clement Hii founded the original HCK Group as an investment vehicle for equities and other assets. After a corporate exercise to streamline the operations of the enlarged Group, public-listed HCK Capital Group now focuses on property development, driven in large part by technology. A subsequent corporate exercise saw the injection of assets from Tan Sri Clement Hii’s investment vehicles and the streamlining of the enlarged Group’s administration and operations.

The 3 main cores of HCK Capital Group are globalization, digitalization, and diversification.
