HCK Capital Group (HCK) welcomed real estate agents to a preview of its Infinite Gallery, the first segment being an actual size show unit of its Harvard Suite from its edusentral development in Setia Alam. Designed to be a one-stop, high tech visitor centre with AR and VR facilities, the Infinite Gallery will give visitors a unique experience unlike other showrooms.
“The high tech applications will allow visitors to view the properties from various perspectives allowing them to include possible renovations and alterations,” explains Sean Ong, HCK Director for Business Relations Properties Division. “VR will also allow us to showcase various projects under one roof and also allow a wider audience, especially out-of-towners, to get a better feel for our projects without actually having to go to the locations. This will help greatly in the marketing of our various properties.”
Ong also alluded to the importance of creating the right impressions to visitors. The Infinite Gallery is located at Level 39 of the impressive HCK Tower – a Grade A building located in the heart of Damansara Perdana. “Having the sales galleries and show units at our HQ will create a great first impression as visitors enter the luxurious lobby of HCK Tower,” he states. “It will underline that HCK is no fly-by-night developer and is here to stay.”
Echoing this sentiment is Zhi Soung from Revoll Realty Sdn Bhd who says some property buyers are wary of abandoned projects. “Visiting a show unit in an impressive corporate tower belonging to the developer breeds confidence,” he explains. “This is important given the property market is still recovering from the pandemic and buyers need every assurance that the project will be completed on schedule.”
Ong goes on to say that HCK views real estate agents as partners and every measure is being taken to facilitate their sales and marketing initiatives. “As stakeholders within the HCK ecosystem, real estate agents are crucial to the success of our developments. The Infinite Gallery is just the latest in a series of moves designed to expedite successful conversions,” he says.
