Spurred To Achieve Greater Things

Real estate agent walks away with a LoSo unit courtesy of HCK Capital Group during launch of Titanium Roundtable programme.

When Lewis Liew Kah Wei received the invitation to attend the launch of the Titanium Roundtable programme, little did he expect to be walking away with the keys to a brand new Ambience+ LoSo unit from the edusentral development in Setia Alam.

Liew had been asked to be part of the entourage representing his real estate agency – AliProp – at the first annual Agency Achievement Appreciation Award night at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton on 23 March. The event was organised by Focus Malaysia and supported by HCK Capital Group (HCK) to honour and celebrate high performing real estate agencies and agents who achieved their KPIs. The organisers also launched the Titanium Roundtable programme at the same event as the scheme is designed specifically to recognise, monetise, incentivise and motivate real estate agencies.

Ang pows, prizes and awards were handed out during the gala event but it was the surprise announcement that one of the 200 exclusive guests would be walking away with a RM220,000 property that got pulses racing.

“I was literally stunned when the emcee announced the winning number,” exclaimed Liew. “I am really over the moon.” He went on to say that he was truly grateful to HCK for giving him and all other real estate agents the necessary incentives to perform better. “This grand prize really emphasised HCK’s commitment to supporting real estate agencies and their agents.”

“The Titanium Roundtable programme is a great way to motivate us. The many attractive rewards show that HCK are genuine in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives,” he added. “This grand prize of an Ambience+ unit is ample proof that HCK wants to share its success with us.”

Liew said he is intimately familiar with the edusentral project in Setia Alam where the Ambience+ unit is located. “To win a product that I am very familiar with is a godsend as I can now tell potential clients that, I, too own a unit in edusentral,” he explained. Citing the presence of the Peninsula International School within edusentral as a key selling point, Liew firmly believes that the education cities concept allowing residents to ‘Stay. Study. Shop’ within a self-contained, integrated development will appeal to property buyers looking for a solid investment.

The 25-year-old agent has yet to decide whether he will lease out his prize or stay in the unit himself, stating that the flexibility of the Ambience+ unit allows for a variety of options. “The size and layout of the Ambience+ unit allow for flexible work and lifestyle options. I firmly believe many property buyers will find the design, location and convenience very enticing,” he explains.

Liew also revealed that his colleagues were all pumped and excited by the news that HCK were offering another similar property for another lucky draw, open specifically to those who close on the next 50 HCK properties. “That is extremely generous of HCK. All my colleagues are very motivated to close some more deals to be among the fifty contestants eligible to win this grand prize,” he surmised.

The Titanium Roundtable programme is open to all real estate agents who successfully sell a HCK property. They will be awarded tokens which they can exchange for a whole range of prizes, including attractive car bonuses worth up to RM300,000 and RM1 million holiday packages. This web-based application will soon be expanded to include buyers of HCK properties as well as referrers in the soon-to-be announced Titanium Circle and Edge platforms.

HCK’s education cities developments also include edumetro project in USJ Subang Jaya and the edusphere development in Cyberjaya. The success of these projects has seen HCK accumulate a Gross Development Value of RM7 billion in under seven years. For more information, please visit: https://hckgroup.my/property/
