Primarily aimed at real estate agents and landlords, the short courses are aimed at improving their
knowledge allowing them to boost their bottom lines. These courses are offered in collaboration with
SEGi University, whose lecturer, Dr Gooi Leong Mow shared his expertise on the subject of ‘Maximising
Property Rental Yields’, on 19 Aug 2023.
This was the second weekend of courses at SEGi University’s Kota Damansara campus and also featured
famed SYNC Brothers – Elvin and Eric Wong. The Wong brothers are well-known in the property industry
