HCK Staff Get “Hot” Wheels Incentive

Drive, perseverance and no short amount of belief, were among the qualities that help drive a couple of HCK Capital Group (HCK) staff to over-achieve in terms of their sales targets. HCK has a growing reputation for treating its stakeholders, especially high performing staff members, on equitable terms.

This was highlighted when two HCK staff were presented with Car Incentive Bonus packages worth between RM30,000 and RM50,000 respectively  during the Group’s ‘A Partnership of Achievers’ Gala Night. The event was a celebration combining HCK’s annual dinner with the award presentation to Titanium programme winners and qualifiers.

The two HCK staff recognised for their achievements were Benny Mooi (Sales team) and Catherine Sam Pui Lee (Marketing team) who were both rewarded for hitting their KPIs in terms of sales of the Group’s properties.

“This is a very satisfying moment for me personally as the sales were achieved during a very challenging post-pandemic landscape,” says Mooi. “It also underlines that consumers are confident when buying from HCK as they know it is a reputable public-listed company who will deliver quality products.”

Mooi also says having solid themes attached to each development such as the education cities series has helped his sales effort tremendously, saying many potential buyers are attracted by the availability of quality education within the developments.

Sam, although not in sales, had decided to try her hand at selling HCK properties during her down time. This extremely motivated and driven young lady utilised her annual leave and post-office hours to network and push HCK properties as a means of boosting her monthly income. Not only did she manage to enhance her monthly earnings, her efforts soon saw her achieving impressive sales numbers which qualified her for a Car Incentive Bonus.

“Having this Car Incentive Bonus certainly spurred me to try achieve greater sales numbers,” says Sam. “Aside from the usual commissions, this definitely is the icing on the cake. It really shows the company appreciates the hard work I put in and have rewarded me with something extra special.”

Neither staff has yet decided on what dream wheels they will be opting for though both have indicated it will definitely be something ‘special’ that will further motivate them to achieve great things again this year.

At the same event, various real estate agencies and their agents were also recognised, rewarded and monetized for their outstanding sales performances. The Titanium Roundtable was devised as a means to incentivise real estate professionals and equitably share HCK profits.
