Real estate agents and staff gather at Signature HQ for a lucky draw by HCK to reward high performers.
HCK Group has been aggressively doing its part to stimulate the property market from its post-pandemic slumber with initiatives designed to recognise, reward and incentivise high performing sales personnel. At the Agency Achievement Appreciation event in March, HCK Group had already raffled an Ambience+ suite (in the edusentral development in Setia Alam) to mark the launch of the Titanium programmes.
At the same event, HCK Group committed another Ambience+ unit to be raffled to reward agents or staff who successfully convert the next 50 properties under the Group’s umbrella. It did not take long for real estate agents to respond as the quota was quickly met, with many citing the Titanium rewards and bonuses as prime incentives for them to push HCK Group products.
The lucky draw event was held at HCK Group’s partner – Signature’s – plush flagship store in Kota Damansara. Boasting 50,000sq ft of showroom space exhibiting finely crafted home furnishings, hosting the lucky draw event allowed real estate agents a closer look at the products that adorn HCK Group properties.
The grand prize was ultimately won by Catherine Sam who is a HCK Group marketing staff, who had taken the initiative to do sales during her downtime. Her work ethic had obviously paid off as she managed to snag three lucky draw tickets which greatly improved her odds. She thanked HCK Group for giving her the platform to succeed and urged her peers to follow her lead. Her winning the Ambience+ suite is proof that hard work does, indeed, pay off.
