Mr. Foong Peng Yew

Managing Director, Property Division

Mr. Foong graduated with a Honours Degree in Building Economics & Quantity Surveying from the United Kingdom in 1982. He is a registered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Malaysia and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor registered as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom.

He has extensive experience in the property and construction sectors, having held key senior managerial positions in companies like PileconEngineeringBhd, Visage Group and Mayland Group. Among others, he had overseen the development and construction of the 28-storey Office Tower for Dewan Bahasa danPustaka in Kuala Lumpur and a Fishing Port in BatuMaung, Penang. In the Mayland Group, he oversaw the development and construction of projects with a cumulative GDV of over RM1 billion
