After a recent acquisition of a block of prime property in Damansar Perdana, HCK Capital Group has decided to make this block our corporate headquarters. We plan to take up a number of floors of the block and will either lease or market the rest of the block to tenants or investors.
The 42-storey block has a net floor area of 347,000 square feet. Work has been progressing well and we expect the property to be ready by end of 2014.
With several established and mature townships nearby, Damansara Perdana’s location offers great accessibility and convenience. This is because of the construction of two main transport infrastructure: the Sungai Buloh - Kajang MRT line which passes close to the township and the Damansara – Shah Alam Highway which will link the area to Shah Alam. In addition, no less than three major highways already serve the area, namely the LDP, NKVE and SPRINT.
The new HCK Capital Group headquarters’ landmark building will make the Group’s presence easily felt as it is located along the busy LDP.
Construction work for the building has been put into high gear and we are looking at having our new offices ready soon.
