PISA Student Sets Record-Breaking Achievements

Peninsula International School Australia (PISA) Year 7 student Aidan Koh recently bagged a total medal tally of four gold and two silver with two records broken at the recently concluded 8th Selangor ARENA Short Course Sprint Swimming Championship held at Darul Ehsan Aquatic Centre, Shah Alam.

Koh, who participated in the U12 category, snatched four gold medals in the 50m Butterfly, 100m Butterfly, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke; two silver medals in the 100m Backstroke and 100m Individual Medley, respectively. All told, over 770 athletes from around country competed in the swimming championship. 

On a different note, students at PISA participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor disciplines, availing themselves of our outstanding facilities and opportunities to study Physical Education at a high level and as part of the VCE Curriculum. 

It is PISA's ambition that every students will enjoy Physical Education. The school offers a structured, curricular programme at all levels, which runs alongside a broad selection of extra-curricular sporting activities available to all grades.
