It was a night of triumph and recognition at the Property Insight Prestigious Developers Awards (PIPDA) 2019 held at Shangri-La Hotel when HCK Capital Group Berhad was awarded the Best Smart Living Development of this year for its Edusphere project in Cyberjaya.
Group Executive Director Dr Dennis Ling said he believes the fact that Edusphere is surrounded by education facilities on all sides and the units which come with energy-saving features such as rainwater-harvesting system that made us stand out. Besides, we have put a lot of effort and thoughts into this project to ensure that the residents stay, work and study in a thriving community which is at the forefront of cutting-edge technology.
The PIPDA award ceremony is supported by the Ministry of Housing & Local Government (KPKT). Also present were Senator Dato’ Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad, Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government Senator Datuk Ho Hon Sang.
Edusphere, the third instalment of the education cities by HCK Group, spans 24 acres of freehold land comprising six residential towers, a boutique office tower, commercial center and small-office, lifestyle-office (SoLo) suites amidst the reputable Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS).
CUCMS campus has a capacity of 10,000 students and has started its operations in 2018 in which we believe that it will provide a sizeable catchment to the area by the time the commercial and residential components are completed.
The units come with energy-saving features such as rainwater-harvesting system and some of them have dual-key access to allow for multi-generational living.
The mixed development and office tower will be gradually rolled out in seven phases and slated for completion in 2023 with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.8bil.
