The HCK Group has added another feather to its cap by winning the award in the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards 2018 (PIPDA) recently. PIPDA is an independent professional body with the broadest possible involvement in the property industry. It recognises innovation and outstanding achievement across the entire property industry.
The "Most Inspiring New Developer Award" was presented by Minister of Housing and Local Government, YB Zuraida Kamaruddin to HCK Group's Deputy Managing Director, Mr Ong Chou Wen in an event attended by movers and shakers of the industry at the grand Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
In accepting the award, Mr Ong said that this recognition of the HCK brand will inspire the Group to aim for greater heights. The Group has effectively created a niche building education cities across Malaysia, incorporating the "Stay, Shop, Study" concept into its developments.
Currently, the Group's two flagship developments are edusentral in Setia Alam and edusphere in Cyberjaya. Both contain residential, commercial and educational components. Edusentral has the Peninsula International School Australia as its centerpiece while edusphere houses the new campus of the Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences. Another one of HCK Group’s education city project is eduenclave in Ipoh.
