The HCK Group took part in its first property expo of the year, the iProperty Home and Investment Fair 2018, which saw overwhelming response to the Group’s projects. Held in the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre recently, the premier property event drew thousands of buyers and investors.
The three-day event saw visitors making a beeline to the Group’s booth to book and register interests on its two main projects - the edusentral @ Setia Alam and edusphere @ Cyberjaya. Both developments were launched last year and the residential phases were snapped up within hours.
Visitors and potential buyers were impressed with HCK Group’s education city concept, where buyers enjoy good demand for accommodation from education institutions and traffic for retail outlets. Edusentral includes the Peninsula International School Australia while the Cyberjaya University of Medical Sciences is located within edusphere.
A lion dance performance graced the HCK Group booth while a clown performing balloon sculpting kept the children entertained. HCK Capital Group Executive Director for Growth Strategies and Alliances, Mr Clifford Hii, also attended to the visitors.
The HCK Group has created a niche building education cities across the country. Besides edusphere and edusentral, it also has another project, eduenclave, in Ipoh, with a few more in the pipeline. The Group believes the synergy from education and property can add value to its projects and set it apart from other developers.
