HCK Properties recently organised a special session under its “buyer-get-buyer” programme to reward existing purchasers with additional rebate if they take up the company’s upcoming launches. To qualify, they must successfully recommend their family and friends to purchase property in edusentral in Setia Alam, a mixed development which comes with an international school.
Held in edsentral’s sales gallery at the project site, many existing buyers showed up with their family and friends on that day. They were given more detailed explanation by company’s marketing team. Many also visited the show units at the sales gallery. Several signed up on that day, while many others showed interests in taking part in the scheme.
This programme was held for the first time by HCK to reward existing buyers. The residential component of edusentral was launched in June and all 505 units of the Stanford and Yale Towers were taken up within hours.
Given the good response, the second phase of edusentral’s residential component, the Cornell Tower, is set to be launched by year-end.
