Buying property is said to be one of the best long-term investments people can make. On Feb 8, HCK Group employees were given that opportunity with an exclusive internal sales preview of its property division’s maiden development project, the EduSentral in Setia Alam.
The event, called “An Evening with HCK Properties”, gave staff an overview of EduSentral, its lifestyle suites Stanford Suites and Yale Suites, commercial component V Biz Hub, and the Peninsula, the offshore campus of the Melbourne-based international school in Australia which will be the first to offer the highly regarded Victorian curriculum in Malaysia. HCK Properties director (marketing strategies and alliances) Michael Lee gave the presentation to interested staff members at the ground floor of Wisma HCK.
After the presentation, HCK Properties’ sales personnel were at hand to answer queries about the units available for purchase, which were the commercial lots at V Biz Hub and lifestyle suites at Stanford Suites and Yale Suites. Interested employees were given priority to select their preferred units prior to the launch of EduSentral.
“This internal preview of V Biz Hub, Stanford Suites and Yale Suites is exclusively for HCK Group employees. They have the privilege of getting first pick of the units available, an early bird rebate of 10% and a staff rebate of 3%. It is a win-win situation for both HCK Group and its employees and it is a form of appreciation for loyal staff who have been with us over the years,” said HCK Group deputy managing director Ong Chou Wen at the event.
Light refreshments were served before HCK Properties director (sales and marketing) Jenny Low gave a brief presentation on the expected returns. Response to the event was very encouraging – many staff members were seen taking up the offer to purchase units, taking timely advantage of the early bird and staff rebates.
With its proximity to popular shopping centre Setia City Mall, a proposed LRT station and several other amenities, EduSentral looks like a good bet for investors seeking to widen their investment portfolio.
