Location and price are the biggest factors for Sarawakian property buyers when deciding where to invest in the real estate market in Peninsular Malaysia. A huge turnout at the Property Hunter Expo in Miri on May 22-24 shows the great potential for developers to tap into the east Malaysian market, which has a sizeable number of property investors.
HCK Properties Sdn Bhd was one of the exhibitors at the SHAREDA Property Hunter Expo, which was organised by Maxx Media Sdn Bhd in Miri, Sarawak. It received a number of bookings and queries from the visitors, who were looking to invest in properties in the Klang Valley. Investors were keen on the guarantee rental return scheme.
Some wanted to purchase properties for their children who are studying in Peninsular Malaysia. Their main concerns were about the location, price and the future potential upside of the property.
The three-day event in Miri drew many registrants with brisk sales, with many sourcing for more information on HCK Properties’ latest and other upcoming projects.
