HCK Capital Group’s properties division is the project managers and marketing consultants for the developers of eduenclave in Perak.
The eduenclave is located along Ipoh-Lumut Expressway at the highly accessible interchange point between Ipoh city centre, Bandar Meru Raya and Pengkalan. The Enclave is surrounded by high-density urban areas of Menglembu, Silibin, Jelapang and Falim.
This 60 acres development is set to be the first integrated university township in Ipoh. Architecturally, the upcoming education institution structure in the SEGi Enclave will sport colonial and Victorian designs.
Apart from the university, Phase 1 of eduenclave will consist of 500 units of student apartments and 99 units of three-storey and five-storey shoplots with provisions for a fast food drive-through outlet. Construction for Phase 1 is at 40% completion and with price tags ranging from RM1.35 mil to RM5.35 mil for each shoplot, Phase 1 is worth an estimated RM300 mil.
As for Phase 2, it will consist of 16 units of semi-detached houses, 30 bungalows and 570 units of high-end condominiums with a clubhouse. Phase 2 is expected to commence in 2015.
