The Group HR and Administration Department of HCK Capital Group covers crucial strategic roles for the company’s operations and growth. The department develops, formulates and implements the Group’s HR strategies which cover the full spectrum of HR / Admin activities.

The duties and functions of the Department include manpower planning, recruitment, HR policies & procedures, payroll, staff discipline, staff performance management , staff compensation & benefits, employee relations and industrial relations. The Department also carries out all the administrative work of the head office including front desk operation, office furniture & fitting, office supplies, pantry and dispatch services.

HCK Group HR & Admin Department is headed by Group HR Manager, Ms Jenny Wai (right) who is assisted by Ms Fannie Wee as HR/Admin Executive (left) and Ms Ragina Moey as Front Office/Admin Executive (middle)
