Sales Credit and Admin Executive
Division : Properties
Description
  • To handle day to day credit and administration job function and activities of the credit admin department to ensure a smooth departmental operation and all personnel ia act in accordance with the credit procedures and guidance as defined in the Quality Management System at all times.
  • To monitor on the overall documentation and collection of the progressive billings to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • To assist the HOD in developing and implement applicable procedures and policy for credit control.
  • To perform all relevant liaison with purchasers, lawyers and bankers
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales & credi admin field of property industry is required.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Section 19
  • Required skills : Monitor documentations and collection of billings
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Good communication skills & pleasant personality
